I love the 21 Day Fix! It’s my favorite Beachbody program. The container system makes clean eating and understanding correct portion sizes so easy. An important aspect of the nutrition program is eating snacks between meals. My body loves this type of eating plan. I prefer not to eat a lot at one meal, and instead, spread my food throughout the day so I have sustained energy. It also helps my mind to know I can eat again as soon as I feel hungry.
It’s easy to fall into a rut and eat the same things over and over. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but in case you’re looking for some new 21 Day Fix snack ideas, here are some you might like!

These are some of the snacks I eat often, and I can’t forget Shakeology. It counts as a RED. I often add almond butter [tsp.] and fruit [purple]. I also like to add coconut oil [tsp.] and spinach [green].
