For me it was belief in self. I’ve always been a goal setter and not afraid to work hard or keep trying, but I would often self-sabotage because I didn’t believe in myself.
Over time, I’ve slowly built that belief by setting goals so small that I couldn’t even possibly fail. Each time I followed through with a promise I had made to myself, my belief and trust in myself grew a little more.
Small steps lead to great accomplishments. All you have to do is start!
