It’s about your goals, your confidence, your thoughts, your growth, your mental health. It is about reflecting on who you are, and who you’d like to be.
It’s about simple tools you can practice every single day to create the kind of life you desire.
What do you want for your life? What makes you feel amazing? What do you know needs to change?
I’m not here to give you the answers. Your answers are already within you.
I’m here to help you uncover them.
I’ll share many different tools, and you get to choose which ones work for you.
The real question is–are you ready to go all in and bet on yourself?
I know what it’s like to feel stuck and want something more for your life.
I grew up in a family that didn’t talk about the hard things. In fact, we pretended they weren’t happening. This made things like abuse, divorce, addiction, and mental illness shameful secrets that had to be hidden. I created Sublime Reflection in 2013 to have a safe place to talk about these things.
At some point, when I was a teen, I decided I was broken. I let the difficult experiences I’d gone through define me. I was deeply ashamed, had a severe lack of confidence, and even hatred for myself.
I never thought it would be possible to have an identity other than “broken.” I wondered who I even was without that title, but I was determined to find out. That journey eventually led me to The Life Coach School, where I got Certified as a Life Coach.
The concepts I learned through that process have changed my life. I’m now a firm believer that my happiness is up to me, and my past experiences no longer define me. In fact, I’ve become who I am today, not in spite of them, but because of them.
Learning to love myself is an ongoing process, and I love the paths it’s helped me discover. I’m doing my best to live an authentic life as the amazing woman I know I was designed to be.
And I want to help you do the same!
Where you think you need more self discipline, you probably need more self love.
