My Bullet Journal has changed my life in many ways. I’m more productive, less overwhelmed because my mind isn’t swimming with things to remember, my healthy living journey is organized and going well, and it makes meal planning easy. But the most profound way bullet journaling has impacted my life is using it as a tool for reflection and personal growth. I want to share a little of that process with you this month in my #selfloveseptember Bullet Journal Challenge!
Each day throughout the month of September there will be a prompt. Some days you’ll do an activity. Others you’ll write something in your journal. All of them are designed to help you see many different aspects of what makes you unique and to put you on the path to loving yourself more.
Because the prompts require a little bit of explanation, rather than just giving you a printout with all of them like many other challenges, you’ll receive an email every day describing that day’s challenge. You’re also welcome to join a private Facebook group I set up for this challenge. Each prompt will also be posted in the group daily. I strongly encourage you to join the Facebook group. Going through this process with others will be a big part in the growth and changes you see as you’ll recognize that you’re not alone in your struggles—and making new bullet journal friends is always fun!!
If you don’t use a Bullet Journal, come join us anyway! This challenge can be done in any type of notebook, journal, or planner.
What’s a challenge without prizes, right? I’ll be giving away three Leuchtturm 1917 notebooks. Everyone who completes all 30 days of the challenge in the Facebook group will be entered into the drawing. There will also be bonus entries for sharing the challenge on social media with the #selfloveseptember hashtag. Join the challenge in the box below!!
