I’ve been busy designing the curriculum for my new Hungry for More group. I’m so excited to learn more about the women who are participating and help them discover how amazing they really are and learn to love themselves again.
People are often surprised when they find out I’m a health and fitness coach. I definitely don’t fit the stereotype. For me, fitness is simply the vehicle through which I discovered my own intrinsic worth and it led me on a path of self-discovery that has changed my life.
One of my top ten goals this year was to share that with others, so I created my passion project, Hungry for More, which combines fitness, nutrition, and mindset to help women discover a body and life they love.
Unconditional love is a guiding principle in my life, but, for the longest time, I thought that only applied to my love for others. I finally figured out that self love is a fundamental human need that MUST be obtained to live a genuinely happy life.
A big part of that process is owning our story. I CHOOSE to live with no regrets, because my past is part of what made me who I am. I strive to remember that the knowledge I’ve gained through difficult experiences has value and can make a difference in my life.
How about you? Have you owned your story? Are you using it to benefit your life, or is it holding you back from being truly happy and achieving your dreams?
