It’s interesting as I read through my Bloglovin’ feed each week how many posts seem to be exactly what I need to read and apply to things currently going on in my own life. Here are a few of my favorites from this week:
Telling it simply, like only he can, Leo Babauta from Zen Habits talked about living in the moment.
In honor of National Eating Disorders Awareness week, Jackie from Gone Running posted a touching story about her own journey back from an eating disorder: HOPE exists after an Eating Disorder.
As a blogger, learning more about social media is always high on my priority list. If you want to learn a more authentic way to share your posts on social media, be sure to check out Most Bloggers Think about Social Media the Wrong Way.
Since I’m training for a half marathon and hoping to finish it before the 3 hour mark where they start picking up stragglers, I found Katy Widrick’s Become a Faster Runner in Six Months (or less) very insightful. And this one — How to Make Running Feel Easier, Instantly.
If you’re a mom with little ones constantly clinging to you, I’m sure you’ll identify with The Dark Side of Toddler Hugs. My youngest is 10, so I’m past this stage, but I think the topic is really important.
When Life is Hard: One Simple Saying that will Keep You Going. Loved this!!
I’m not a big fan of calorie counting, so I liked this post: Why You don’t Need to Count Calories Ever Again.
Do you have any favorite posts I should check out this week? If so, leave me a comment. I’d love to check them out.
