Weekly Reflections

Here are a few of my favorite finds from around the web this week:

If you’re a perfectionist or have problems with all or nothing thinking, Katy Widrick has great advice in All or Nothing Just Doesn’t Add Up.

Wonder what it takes to have a successful blog?   The Blog Genie posted a fantastic list of 10 Virtues of Highly Successful Bloggers.  While you’re there, check out her upcoming Blog School which is starting soon.  I haven’t taken it myself — yet.  But I’ve heard great things about it!

This post has a unique perspective — Before you Compliment Someone, Think about this First.

Do you ever feel like you just don’t want to be a grown up?  Me too!  Stephanie from Trading Pounds shares some good tips for what to do when you feel this way in Sometimes, You Need to be a Grown Up.

Check out these 12 Mobile Apps for Blogging, including a few I didn’t already use.

I’ve been trying to eat less meat, so I was excited to find these 15 Vegan Lunch Ideas.

Jillian from Baby Doodah has been writing a helpful series on overcoming Binge Eating Disorder.  This week she tackles the topic of loneliness.

If you have a hard time drinking water, Andie from Maybe I Will has some fun new ideas for Flavored Waters.

Protein Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Cookies from This Girls Lifts — yummy! Enough said!
