Dole is sponsoring today’s post, and it was so fun to create this recipe for you using one of my healthy cooking secrets— DOLE Jarred Fruit!
With my big family, I’m always on the lookout for fast, easy recipes that are healthy, and if I can make them ahead of time, it’s even better! This is one of those recipes. My kids thought it was a weird combination when they saw me making it, but they ate it and loved it.
To make it even easier, I used a jar of DOLE mandarin oranges. I love DOLE Jarred Fruit because it takes no prep time. Just open the jar, use what you need, then reseal it with the convenient, resealable lid. Store it in the fridge for the next time you need a healthy snack. It’s so convenient that you can use the whole jar or just one serving at a time.
I feel good serving DOLE Jarred Fruit to my family because it’s just ready-t0-eat fruit packed in 100% fruit juice. Each variety is ready to snack on, with no cutting, peeling, or mess!
This yummy salad is so fun and colorful and perfect for a healthy snack or to add to a meal as a vegetable side dish.
