Mindset is the critical piece that most people are missing when it comes to making healthy changes in their lives. It’s also kind of abstract. Sometimes we know we have “stinking thinking,” but we aren’t sure how to stop.
Reading personal development books and listening to podcasts has been life changing for me in this area. My absolute #1 favorite podcast is The Life Coach School Podcast with Brooke Castillo.
Today, I listened to Brooke’s 100th episode. In it she shared 25 lessons she’s learned so far in her life. They were all inspiring, but this was one of my favorite: “You can practice your dreams until they come true.”
What? I didn’t know you could practice your dreams. In fact, the more you practice your dreams, the more likely they are to come true. And the best part, you don’t have to wait for some future day for them to come true. You can start living with the benefits of your dreams now.
